Write an essay that discusses Information Technology Portfolio Management.
Essay should be a minimum of 5 pages and not to exceed 7 pages (including Cover Sheet and References page). The Essay should demonstrate your grasp of the concepts in Project Management and Project Portfolio Management.  The essay should have at least 4 references.
