For each domain you need to write approximately 500 words which outline how your paid, voluntary or informal caring roles have enabled you to achieve these four areas. Please try and write as close to 500 words as possible. You can attach up to three documents (e.g. a scan of a certificate), to support your reflection if you wish to do so. As this is a piece of personal reflective writing you do not need to include references.
