While the introduction is relatively clear and the research topic is timely and relevant, the dissertation does not properly engage with theory (very weak literature review section), the methods is very weak (no justification of research design, nor mention of data analysis, only 5 interviews collected), and the findings are not properly analyzed (seemed to be a complication of copy pastes from the interview transcripts).
