Clinical Care Program Certification “CCPC”
Any clinical care program that is provided in association with a JCI–accredited organization may apply for JCI certification if the program meets CCPC eligibility requirements.
Examples of programs may include, but are not limited to, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, primary stroke, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pain management, palliative care, low back pain, and chronic depression.
Select one of these programs and analyze its quality standards by writing a description of the program and its standards of care. Otherwise, select any other program, describe your program and imagine that the program you selected is going to apply for Clinical Care Program Certification.
Write a set of quality standards (Minimum 5 standards) pertaining to the selected program. Use all possible resources. Your standards must be set based on priorities of the clinical program.
