*NOTE: Remember a coach and team does not have to equate to athletics. A team can also be in an organization and the coach can be a manager or director. For this assignment you do not need to have been part of an athletic team.
Use examples or anecdotes from that coach to answer the following questions, in 1,050-1,250 words:
Describe the importance of having varying levels of depth on the team.
Discuss how a coach uses evaluation or “where the team is at” to make adjustments.
Discuss how a coach uses that evaluation to make adjustments in the moment and for the next game.
Describe your reaction to the following statement: “Your bench will always outnumber your starters why is it important for your bench to have a positive attitude and share the vision of the team.”
Use Four to five scholarly resources to support your explanations.
