As a leader of your health care organization, you will be presenting to both employees and the board of directors about the upcoming expansion of another health care facility in another area of the city where there is a need for more services. In a 1,000- to 1,250-word essay, address the following questions:
What facts or data would you include in your communication?
How would you approach each group?
Would your communication be different for each group? And if so, how?
What challenges would you anticipate from each group?
