Learning outcome/s being assessed: Explain the role of navigators/connectors/Tuhono within complex health and disability services systems. To consider: • Who was navigation services originally designed for? • How has navigation services developed over the years and who do navigators now serve? • How do we define quality in healthcare and how does health and disability services navigation assist to improve quality in healthcare or disability services? Task: • Use formal essay style, including a title page, appropriate introduction, quality paragraphing and conclusion. Take care to use appropriate and respectful disability and health language.
