Your analysis of your internal family connections and external family connections based on the ecomap and brief relationship genogram you developed from your interview.
Identify three family strengths and stressors based on the ecomap and genogram.
Include two commendations and one recommendation for the family based on your analysis of the the two diagram findings.
Reflect on how illness or dysfunction in one family member influences the family as a whole and each individual family member.
Reflect on how including family in care planning is useful in promoting improved patient outcomes and family functioning (the role of the Nine Star Nurse– see Unit 4 Powerpoint).
