Carmelina has booked a hair appointment with Rosco Petrie. Carmelina can’t believe her luck. Rosco has won lots of hairdressing competitions and is much in demand. Due to this, Rosco requires payment one week in advance of the appointment including a 20% gratuity. Carmelina has no problem with that and is excited to see that the payment has gone through. A few days before her scheduled appointment, the Ontario government announces that due to a resurgence in COVID-19 cases in the province, the province is going into lockdown at midnight and will remain in lockdown for at least 2 weeks with only essential services operational.
