* What activities in your job have you enjoyed the most and found most interesting?
* Which have you disliked? Don’t underestimate the power of simply enjoying the tasks you do at work each day. For everyone who hates doing payroll, there’s someone who loves it. And these answers may evolve as you learn more and try new activities.
* Which projects from the past year are you most proud of?
* What are your most valuable talents and skills? What instruments can you use to measure your strengths i.e. Meyers-Briggs, Strength Finders, DISC? Use one of these tools and discuss your findings as it applies to career development.
* What are your career goals for the next year or two? What about 10 years from now?

About me I am a NICU (baby nurse. I don’t care what you write but I can help with ideas. )
Thing i most enjoyed was being able to see the infants grow into healthy babies. Sometimes they are 23 weeks old and it is
rewarding to see them growing and even leaving the hospital months later. One of my favorite things to do is to start IV’s.
I am a part of the unit based cousil that puts in place different ideas and practices to improve the unit and staff as a whole.
My career goal is to continue to obtain my BSN and I am currently enrolled and working towards my goal. My ten year goal
would be to continue to be at bedside and posisbly start travel nursing.
