(Feminist Perspectives)- Some feminist perspectives contend that as long as our society is patriarchal, our law will be too. Do you agree or disagree with this view? Can our law ever really be “feminist,” or is feminism always going to be fighting against our law? To back up your position, you might consider presenting examples to demonstrate your point (e.g, a particular law, a particular application of the law, a court ruling, etc.).
