– Nurse Leader Interview
Instructions
For this activity, you will interview a charge nurse or nurse manager during your clinical rotation. The interview should consist of the following questions:
1- What are their daily job duties? (for this question Please include vital and patient care)
2- What is their expectation of the staff nurses during their shift? ( for this Please include being able to manage patient care and be able to help if necessary)
3- What do they believe exemplifies a high-performing nurse? (Please include something about being able to manage all parts of patients care Labs, tests, and medicines)
4- What do they believe is the expectation of a new graduate nurse in their first year as a nurse?( Please stress about time management and being organized, being able to interact with the other members of the healthcare team especially the doctors, knowing the policies)
