Remember the following: • Annotations of articles are summaries of the main themes and findings of your source. • Most annotations are one good-length paragraph (about ten sentences). They can be longer, but for this assignment follow the one paragraph model. • Generally annotated bibliographic entries are non-critical (sometimes they can be critical). In this assignment your annotation should be non-critical. • Each review must be preceded by a proper and complete citation; see Purdue OWL for citation styles. Choose a style and be consistent! A citation is a very precise thing and I expect you to carefully follow the rules and standards with citations. • Make sure that your review is your own and does not look like a variation on the abstract provided by the authors. Also, I should not have to warn you about plagiarism; don’t be tempted to copy from the article.
