1. What information do we collect and use from you?

• The proof of identities, such as a scanned copy of a passport or an ID.
• The list of topics and academic subjects the Expert is proficient at;

provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, clickstream data, device ID or unique identifier, and device type.

Upon collecting your personal information, we use it with your consent to access our Platform and Services and send you updates. Besides, we can prevent illegal and fraudulent activities. One of the standards we use to protect the registered Users ’information is Personal Access Security Service Without Regular Discloser (password). Please do not share your account password or any login information with anyone. Please note that we do not guarantee personal information security once you share your login information with any third party. Always log out of your account after you finish and do not save your login information, especially on a shared computer.

Once you register an account with us, we keep your information as long as your account is active. We may also retain your information if we need it to comply with our legal or professional obligations, agreements, or resolve disputes.

A general audience ranging from students to large business organization use our Platform. However, we acknowledge the essence of protecting children’s online privacy, and our services do not target individuals under the age of 16.
