Create a minimum of 15 interview questions, establish a focus group and a minimum of 20 survey questions. Interview questions are to be open-ended and supported with at least one citation to denote the source to which the question is grounded, though multiples citations are recommended.  The same with the questionnaire questions.  I will be sending you copies of pages from the book.
