Do you think that public reporting guides employers and other purchasers when selecting health insurance plans?
How does it guide policymakers in assessing system performance and value? Give specific examples.
What barriers may be present to its effectiveness in all arenas (quality, costs and choice)?
Are there any unintended consequences associated with Public Reporting?
What could be put into place to address these and to potentially improve the effectiveness of this tool?
