This should be a 3-5 page paper about Tipping Point by Malcomb Gladwell. It should contain a brief overview of the book, purpose and main points, a description of what you learned from the book., and most importantly what this book has to say that may inform leadership, especially nursing leadership. You should end with how you would recommend this book be used or not in developing leaders and your rational for that recommendation. In addition to including these topic areas in your review you will also be graded on the readability and format and creative thinking on the application of content to nursing leadership. It should be written in 5th Edition APA format and have references if needed.
