As a parole or probation officer, if I had a juvenile who continually violated the terms of his or her probation and only had two months left; I would have to put the juvenile in a detention facility until his probation was up. I would do this because it is obvious the juvenile does not have any respect for the law and the conditions of his or her parole/probation officer and the conditions of parole/probation. Maybe by having the juvenile finish out the rest of his or her probation, he or she might realize that they cannot get away with breaking the law “so to speak”.
