What are the non-judicial, quasi-judicial, and judicial methods used in resolving disputes internationally?  Explain them in detail.  Next, do you feel that any of the methods are better than the others when solving disputes on a global scale?  Since international law is difficult to enforce, why do states comply?  What are their motivations to comply and what actions can other states take to enforce compliance?
