What are the prior proceedings and present proceedings in the following case? I know it was in Superior Court, but from reading the case I cannot determine what the prior proceedings were. Plaintiff brought a personal injury claim, but then it discusses motion to strik affirmative defenses. The case is in regards to a minor being bit by the defendants dog and plaintiff is claiming defendant was negligent and defendant is claiming he is not responsible since the minor teased and tormented the dog.  McCormick v.
