The overall purpose of the research translation assignment is to provide you with an opportunity to summarize, in plain language, a single empirical study dealing with some psychological issue that is associated with work groups or teams. Your goal is to explain the overall purpose of the study, its findings, and its implications and to do so in such a way that a layperson would understand what you have written.
The research translation should be no longer than 3 pages (double-spaced).
